Founded by Jose Guevara, a licensed, bonded, and certified General Contractor with over 15 years of hands-on industry experience, Guevara Construction is a proud Bay Area firm built on one simple belief: clients always come first. Our mission is to deliver excellence in every project, whether a ground-up custom home, ADU build, or large-scale remodel, while providing unmatched communication, craftsmanship, and reliability.

Jose Guevara established Guevara Construction after working with some of the Bay Area’s most respected contractors, including Six Sigma Construction and Integrum Construction. Our background includes managing nearly 200 inspections across every project phase- foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, solar, and final walkthroughs. Certified through the International Code Council (ICC), Jose has earned recognition for his eye for detail, leadership in the field, and commitment to quality assurance.
